Due
to emission of 3,337,070 registered ordinary shares by
private offering in 2006, the authorized capital stock of
“VCP” JSC has increased. The authorized capital stock of
“VCP” JSC is now 100,112,100 roubles.
In
2006, “VCP” JSC securities were included into the section
of “The List of Non-listed Stock” (the stocks admitted to
trading without listing procedure). We were issued a trade
code (VLHZ) in “FBMMVB” Ltd. system of trades.
