All the employees are provided with social protection.

 

Having its own sources the plant pays out:

 

- monthly child rearing leave for women

- benefit in connection with birth of child

- benefit for every child at the beginning of every school year

- benefit for surgeries or diagnostic checkup

  

Employees are rewarded on anniversaries and for record of work.

The employees have up to 6additional paid days of vacation due to continuity of employment and harmful labour conditions. 

 

The employees’ children have the opportunity to get free New Year presents.  Passes to recreation camps are partially compensated by the plant.

 

The women are presented with free presents on March 8. The plant sponsors different parties.

 

Passes to health resorts are partially compensated.

 

The plant has on the balance sheet:

 

- Children’s holiday camp with the total area of 3.6 ha. At present the camp is dormant.

- “Chemist’ camp (the total area is 3.6 ha)

 

The polyclinic and round-the-clock first-aid post located in the territory of the plant provide everybody with qualified free medical aid. 

 

Social and labour relations at “VCP” JSC are regulated by the collective agreement made between the employer and employees, the latter are represented by the primary trade union organization.
